I forgot to mention in my previous post that you're what you eat.. It's important to eat healthily.. I've also did trial and error for this.. whenever I eat junk food and drink, drinking less water, my skin will appear dull and not glowing healthily.. But when I change my habit by eating healthily i.e. eat alot of veggies and fruits, and also drink water frequently, my skin appears glowing and less problem like less pimple.
When you're reading magz or beauty advice from dermatologist or doctor or beauty consultant, they will always emphasize drinking alot alot and alot of plain water to hydrate your skin and also the benefit is also eliminate toxin in your stomaches. When you're drinking lotsa water, you will visit the toilet more frequently too.. hehe..
So.. Do you have any other tips that I might forgot to mention..
